Flinging Open The Iron Gate (Paint Can)

“Do something, do something to that, and then do something to that.”
--Jasper Johns

In their Brooklyn apartment, Stephen Antonson and Kathleen Hackett live by that creed in a very artful, playful way. Dramatizing yet grounding everything is a wonderful wall color - Benjamin Moore's Iron Gate, a deep and complex gray-brown. As it happens, I just painted my kitchen cabinets the very same. For the full paintjob and the "do something to that", visit their home via The New York Times.
